• Memberships are non-transferable and begin on your first session.

• We operate a 12-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be deducted from your allowance.

• Monthly payments are billed in advance and auto-renew. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

• Memberships are non-refundable and auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice prior to renewal.

• 30-day trials are for new members only and begin on activation.

• We may suspend or cancel your membership for non-payment or code of conduct breaches.

• Members must be 16+ (with consent if under 18), and must declare they are fit to participate in exercise.

• Personal belongings are your responsibility. Lost items are kept for two weeks.

• You use our services and equipment at your own risk. SYNQ is not liable for injury or lost property.
