  • SYNQ is a coach-led facility. Every session is structured and guided by experienced coaches, combining strength training, nutrition, recovery, and accountability to deliver lasting results.

  • It’s Personal Training in a small group of maximum 4 people. You get the attention and coaching as you would in a 1-2-1 session, alongside the motivation and energy of training with others.

  • We intentionally keep our membership capped so we can always deliver a high level of coaching.
    Because of this, spaces are limited and we often have a waitlist. Start with a quick call so we can understand your goals and make sure we’re the right fit for each other before offering a space.

  • We don’t offer trial sessions. At SYNQ, we take a more structured approach to getting started. Every new member goes through an onboarding process designed to understand your goals and your starting point,
